Description

BP Logix is UW-Stout's business process automation platform, combining forms development and workflow into a single product. It is used to build, submit, route, and approve electronic forms across campus, replacing legacy .NET and paper-based forms. BP Logix populates forms with real-time data from campus systems, sends approve/deny options by email, allows documents to be uploaded at any point in the workflow, and can index completed forms into ImageNow for archival and retrieval. UW-Stout currently has 500+ forms listed on the StoutForms page, and forms continue to be converted to BP Logix on an ongoing basis. 

Access 

  • All faculty, staff, and students log in with their UW-Stout credentials and complete 2-step authentication. 

  • To see items waiting for you to process: Go to MyApps, then choose BP Logix. Items needing your attention will be listed on the left side of the screen. 

BP Logix Home Page Tabs

  • My Tasks — tasks assigned to you, forms you've started but not submitted, and documents you have checked out 

  • My Submitted, In Process, Requests — forms you submitted that are still in a workflow 

  • Knowledge Views and Reports — reports you have permission to run 

  • Forms I Can Submit — forms you have permission to submit 

  • Processes I Participated In — any process you submitted, approved, or were notified about 

  • BP Help— KB articles related to BP Logix

  • HelpDesk — link to the Technology Help Desk home page

Support 

  • To request a new form, a form update, or a process conversion, submit a forms project request through the Help Desk ticketing system.
