Incident Response

Similar to disaster recovery, Information Technology (IT) incident response planning to provide an organized well-define approach to responding to critical information technology incidents affecting the universities electronic information assets. This includes natural, man-made, and technological threats that impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information technology assets. Planning activities include preparation, detection and analysis, containment, eradication and recovery,  and post incident review and reporting.
