Benefits and Key Features

Creating conference room calendars allows you to reserve and manage non-classroom spaces in the various buildings across campus.

NOTE: This is not used for classrooms. EMS is used for managing classroom bookings.

Requirements

To request a room:

  • Must be a current faculty or staff member that works in the location you are requesting

Getting Started

  • Fill out a service request form with required information to initiate the room creation.
