Request a MFA Reset
Occasionally, users will need a MFA reset because they no longer have the phone that is currently configured with MFA. The most common scenario is getting a new phone and they no longer have the old one to perform the reset themselves. If this is the case, you can come to the Technology Help Desk in 109 Sorensen Hall with your ID (Driver's License or Stout Blue Card preferred), or you can call the help desk at 715-232-5000 where we can work with you to proof you as well.
