Employee Onboarding

Employee onboarding is essential to make sure that systems are set up for new employees before their first day. The department's LIT consultant can also be on-site the day the new employee starts to ensure they are able to log in, access Outlook and OneDrive, and show the new employee how to install necessary software.

Benefits and Key Features

  • Get needed access set up before the employee arrives on campus.
  • Ensure the employee's computer has been recently imaged and all necessary peripherals (mouse, keyboard, dock, monitors, etc...) are set up and ready to go.
  • Ensure Admin By Request has been configured for the new user so they can install printers and other software.
  • An LIT consultant can be on-site on day one to ensure the new employee is able to log in and access required systems.

  • New employee's username and start date

    • Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible so your consultant can address individual IT needs.
