The eStout Program is an extensive student laptop program offered at UW Stout and is coordinated and supported by LIT.

Benefits and Key Features

  • Students receive a Mac or HP laptop based on their enrollment and eligibility.
  • Laptops are typically refreshed every 2 years.
    • Refresh does depend on the model of laptop and student enrollment, meaning that a student may need to refresh their laptop after one year rather than two.
  • Software is available for students to download and use free of charge on eStout laptops.
  • Eligible graduates can receive a free eStout laptop upon graduation.
