Printing

LIT manages all networked devices on campus along with providing support in installing and troubleshooting these devices. LIT also assists the use of personal label printers and approved USB printers for faculty and staff.

Scope is limited on non-approved desktop printers, typically restricted to "best effort" support.

Personal networked printers in dorms are not supported. Students in dorms should use a physical USB connection to print to personal printers.

Request Printer Access
LIT grants individuals on campus access to print to campus printers. Users can submit requests to be granted access, but must provide the appropriate funding string and printer names to successfully be added. If these are not provided, the request may take longer to complete or cancelled.
