- Stop into the Technology Help Desk for immediate hands-on assistance from one of our student techs.
- Drop off point for computers needing reimage.
- Staffed by approximately 20 student techs and supported by 5 full time techs.

Semester Hours
- Sunday: Noon - 10PM
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30AM - 10PM
- Friday: 7:30AM - 4:30PM
- Saturday: REMOTE SUPPORT ONLY 10AM - 2PM
General Schedule Information
- The Technology Help Desk closes at 4:30PM the day prior to and during all campus breaks and holidays as published in the academic calendar.
- Hours change based on the academic calendar.
- Evening and weekend hours are held during the Fall and Spring semesters only.
- The Technology Help Desk is Closed during state-observed holidays.
- For the safety of our student staff, in the event classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or emergency, the Technology Help Desk walkup closes one hour after the conclusion of the last class of the day.
